SMI is built upon a philosophy of relationship leading to scriptural function. Relationship is based upon the common ground of Kingdom principles, personal vision, and shared spiritual values. As these relationships mature the natural outgrowth will be the functioning of apostolic teams, the release of Ephesians 4:11 ministries, and effective ministers in the local church. SMI’s Commitment to Members: - Apostolic input that functions as a father would with his own grown children. This input is by invitation, free of control and manipulation, and focuses on mutual love, respect, and success.
Opportunities provided for the development of relationship. Equipping opportunities focused on maturing ministry skills, developing Godly character, and growing in the Holy Spirit’s anointing. Personal support and counsel during times of need and crisis. Sharing of resources and ministries. Cooperative missions opportunities. Regular relational contacts.
