It is the desire of SMI to go beyond relationships and help develop ministers and ministries. The following are areas SMI members can tap into for personal development, ministry development and overall success. 1. Apostolic teams to give counsel and oversight - SMI members can request a visit from an apostolic team to evaluate, strategize, and help in ministry development. 2. Basic Life curriculum - SMI members can request help in developing educational materials for equipping members of churches and ministries.
4. Short-term mission trips - SMI will help design mission trips that tailor fit SMI members’ churches and ministries. These include trips combining members of various SMI ministries into one large team as well as outreaches designed for only one local body of believers. 5. Guidance & support during times of transition and crisis - SMI is purposeful in ministering to SMI members through various life situations by providing restoration, discipline, and counsel as needed.
